Yes. Any dedicated server listed with a 1 Gbps uplink can be upgraded to 10 Gbps for $20 per month.
Dedicated servers provide hardware control. Selected builds include IPMI/KVM. For a game panel, migration help, or a semi-managed setup, agree the scope before ordering.
Yes. The machine is yours, so you can install Pterodactyl, a hypervisor, or whatever stack your workload needs.
If a single game server or a handful of small services is the whole picture, a VPS is usually the better value. Dedicated hardware starts to make sense when you are running many instances, need guaranteed non-shared resources, or want to virtualise your own environment.
